Privacy notice

Waitlist data

Effective 14 July 2026

Scope and controller

This notice covers the Robin Trade pre-launch waitlist. Robin Trade is operated by Piczo, Inc., a Delaware corporation with a business address at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, United States. Piczo, Inc. is the controller of the waitlist information described here. Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@robin.trade.

Data collected

When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide, the consent notice and time, the signup source, a request identifier and campaign attribution included in the page URL. Technical request information may also be processed temporarily for security, abuse prevention and service operation.

Purpose

We use this information to record your waitlist request, send product and access updates that you requested, prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery and maintain an auditable consent record. Waitlist data is not sold.

Storage and processors

Vercel hosts the public site, waitlist endpoint and private server-side waitlist store. Accepted registrations are not published in the browser or exposed through the public site. The current submission endpoint records the request but does not send an automated confirmation email. Before another processor is used to send product updates, this notice will be updated to identify that processing.

Market data providers

The token board on the landing page requests indicative market data directly from your browser to the public APIs of DexScreener and GeckoTerminal. Those providers receive your IP address and standard request information and process it under their own privacy policies. Robin Trade does not send them your email address or any waitlist information. Details of what is displayed are on the data sources page.

Retention and your choices

Waitlist records are retained while the pre-launch access program is active and for up to 12 months after it ends to document consent and handle access requests, unless deletion is required sooner or longer retention is required by law. You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent at privacy@robin.trade. Any product-update email will identify the sender and include a way to unsubscribe.

Cookies and attribution

The waitlist does not use advertising cookies. If you arrive through a campaign link, attribution values included in that URL may be stored with the registration so Robin Trade can understand the signup source.

Security

The waitlist does not request wallet credentials, seed phrases, private keys, payment details or identity documents. Please do not send sensitive financial or wallet information by email.
